What is the free-delivery threshold?
Orders over Rs. 399 qualify for free domestic delivery. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from receipt of your order. International delivery takes 14 to 21 business days. Availability and final charges are shown at checkout.
How do I track an order?
Use the Tracking Order page with your order number and billing email. Your order number is in your order confirmation email. You can also view orders in My Account.
Can I return an opened product?
Our policy does not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. Contact customer care about concerns within 7 working days; assistance is considered case by case.
What if my parcel is damaged or incomplete?
Report shortages or damage to customer service on the day of delivery. Have your order number and details of the issue ready.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
